We then outline a custom exit pathway, identifying whether Pinnacle & Beyond may become your future acquirer.

2. Pre-Exit Value Enhancement

This is strategic work we undertake — not paid consulting.

  • Financial and reporting structure

  • Delivery and customer experience systems

  • Infrastructure required for a sale

  • Risk mitigation to increase attractiveness to buyers
